Use only a television running Google TV / Android TV; Not for Hisense VIDAA / Roku TV / Fire TV. The television must include Google Play.
Install on your TV
On the TV, sign in to Google Play, search for SmartRTSP, and choose Install if offered for Hisense Google TV.

Add a compatible camera on the same local network, then use the TV remote to open live view, the camera wall, or full-screen view.
