Check the exact Eufy model first

RTSP/NAS support varies by model and firmware. Some Indoor Cam and eufyCam/HomeBase systems expose event-only or continuous streams; other models do not. Check the Eufy app and official support page for your exact model.

How to Enable RTSP on Eufy Camera

1

Open Eufy Security app

Open the Eufy Security app on your phone and select the exact camera you want to configure.

2

Enable RTSP stream

Open Camera Settings → Storage → NAS (RTSP Stream). Enable it, choose event or continuous mode if offered, and copy the generated RTSP URL.

3

Add to SmartRTSP

In SmartRTSP, tap + → Manual. Paste the RTSP URL from the Eufy app and tap Connect. Make sure your iPhone/Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network as the camera.

FAQ

My Eufy camera doesn't show RTSP option in the app?
NAS/RTSP support is model- and firmware-specific. Update the Eufy Security app and device firmware, then check Camera Settings → Storage for NAS (RTSP Stream). Some battery systems expose an event-only stream through HomeBase rather than a continuous stream.
Where is the official Eufy RTSP documentation?
Use Eufy's official Device NAS / RTSP Configuration Guide and model-specific support pages. The app-generated URL is authoritative for your device.
