Indoor Cameras Only
RTSP is supported on select Eufy indoor cameras (Indoor Cam 2K, Indoor Cam E220, SoloCam wired models). Battery-powered outdoor cameras (EufyCam, SoloCam E20/E40) do not support RTSP due to their sleep-based power management.
How to Enable RTSP on Eufy Camera

Open Eufy Security app
Open the Eufy Security app on your phone. Tap on the indoor camera you want to configure.

Enable RTSP stream
Tap the gear icon → Advanced → scroll down to find RTSP Stream. Toggle it on. The app will display the RTSP URL — copy it.

Add to SmartRTSP
In SmartRTSP, tap + → Manual. Paste the RTSP URL from the Eufy app and tap Connect. Make sure your iPhone/Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network as the camera.

FAQ
My Eufy camera doesn't show RTSP option in the app?
RTSP is only available on select wired indoor cameras. Battery cameras don't support it. Make sure you have the latest firmware installed. Some older app versions hide the RTSP option — update to the latest Eufy Security app version.
